Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews might return this season after a serious ankle injury, according to coach John Harbaugh.
Andrews was initially thought to be out for the season after suffering a cracked fibula and ankle ligament damage during a game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Harbaugh's optimism is based on MRI results that were 'a little cleaner than they thought'.
Andrews is currently being evaluated by foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson in Charlotte, N.C.
Andrews leads Baltimore with six receiving touchdowns and has 45 catches for 544 yards this season.
