Ravens' Keaton Mitchell Out for Season with ACL Tear

Ravens to rely on Gus Edwards, Justice Hill and Melvin Gordon following third significant player loss this season.

Ravens' rookie running back Keaton Mitchell suffered a full ACL tear in his left knee during a game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Mitchell, who had gained 73 yards on nine carries before the injury, has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
This is the third significant player the Baltimore offense has lost this season, following injuries to starting running back J.K. Dobbins and tight end Mark Andrews.
With Mitchell out, the Ravens will rely on Gus Edwards and Justice Hill, and will promote two-time Pro Bowl running back Melvin Gordon from the practice squad.
Despite the injury setbacks, the Ravens clinched the first AFC playoff spot with their win over the Jaguars.
