The viral video captured Callis, wearing a Ravens jersey, aggressively attacking two Commanders fans on South Charles Street in Baltimore.
Callis had a prior arrest in 2021 for a similar assault, for which he received probation and a fine.
The altercation reportedly began after the Commanders fans returned to the area to search for a lost cell phone.
Callis, who was employed at an insurance firm, was terminated following the public outcry over his actions.
