Baltimore announced Jan. 14 that it finished a formal interview with Jim Schwartz as part of its ongoing head-coach search.
Schwartz is the Browns' defensive coordinator and previously served as the Detroit Lions' head coach from 2009 to 2013, posting a 29-51 record with a 2011 playoff berth.
Under Schwartz, Cleveland led the NFL in total defense in 2023 and ranked fourth in 2025, and Myles Garrett set the single-season sack record with 23.
The Ravens have conducted nine interviews in this cycle as they evaluate multiple candidates to replace recently dismissed coach Jim Harbaugh.
