Ravens Complete Head-Coach Interview With Chargers DC Jesse Minter as Interest Grows

Baltimore announced it has completed an interview with Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter for its head-coach vacancy.
Minter reportedly interviewed on Jan. 13 with the Cardinals and the Titans as his candidacy gains traction across the league.
Multiple clubs have requested interviews, including the Browns, Dolphins, Falcons, Giants and Raiders, according to reporting from Albert Breer.
Under Minter, the 2025 Chargers finished No. 5 overall on defense, held opponents to 20 points or fewer in 10 of their final 11 games and tied for third in interceptions with 19.
Minter’s path includes Ravens assistant roles from 2017–20, defensive coordinator stints at Vanderbilt and Michigan with a national title at the latter, then joining the Chargers in 2024 under Jim Harbaugh.
