Rashford was driving home in his Rolls Royce from Carrington when the collision occurred.
Both Rashford and the other driver involved were unhurt after the accident.
Police attended the scene, performed breathalyzer tests and allowed both drivers to leave.
Teammate Bruno Fernandes checked on Rashford but did not give him a ride home.
