Rapper Yella Beezy Charged with Capital Murder in Mo3's 2020 Death

Dallas rapper Yella Beezy is accused of orchestrating a murder-for-hire plot, hiring Kewon Dontrell White to kill fellow artist Mo3 on a Dallas highway.

Yella Beezy, real name Markies Conway, was indicted on March 18, 2025, for capital murder while remuneration in connection with Mo3's death.
Mo3, born Melvin Noble, was fatally shot on November 11, 2020, on Interstate 35 in Dallas while fleeing from his attacker, Kewon Dontrell White.
White, the alleged gunman, is currently serving a nine-year prison sentence for firearm charges related to the shooting.
The indictment alleges Beezy hired White to carry out the killing in exchange for financial compensation, with a $2 million bond set for Beezy's release.
Devin Brown, another individual implicated in the case, has also been indicted, though his legal proceedings remain pending.
