  • Mo3, born Melvin Noble, was fatally shot on November 11, 2020, on Interstate 35 in Dallas while fleeing from his attacker, Kewon Dontrell White.
  • White, the alleged gunman, is currently serving a nine-year prison sentence for firearm charges related to the shooting.
  • The indictment alleges Beezy hired White to carry out the killing in exchange for financial compensation, with a $2 million bond set for Beezy's release.
  • Devin Brown, another individual implicated in the case, has also been indicted, though his legal proceedings remain pending.
