Rapper G. Dep Released from Prison After 13 Years

G. Dep, known for his hit 'Special Delivery,' was released from Fishkill Correctional Facility in Upstate New York.
The rapper served more than 13 years of a 15-years-to-life sentence for a 1993 murder, confessing to the crime in 2010.
During his incarceration, G. Dep earned an associate's degree and is now teasing new music.
His release was made possible through the Limited Credit Time Allowance program, allowing a six-month credit on existing sentences.
