Range Rover Reveals Sport SV Carbon Edition as SV Lineup’s Lightweight Flagship

Orders open at £165,045 for the SV Carbon, which combines forged carbon bodywork with a 635 bhp mild-hybrid V8 drivetrain for supercar-level performance.

Range Rover Sport has got a new special edition called the Carbon Edition.
The sports seat also get a forged carbon finish on the back.
The carbon fibre bonnet, howeever, is an optional extra.
There's a carbon fibre finish for the grille surround.

Overview

  • Range Rover officially unveiled the Sport SV Carbon Edition on August 6, completing its high-performance Sport SV range alongside the original SV and SV Black models.
  • A standard Forged Carbon exterior pack, optional Twill Carbon bonnet and 23-inch carbon fiber wheels shave up to 76 kg from the SUV’s curb weight.
  • The model is powered by a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 mild-hybrid engine that delivers 635 bhp and 750 Nm of torque for a 180 mph top speed.
  • Performance technologies include 6D Dynamics Suspension, carbon ceramic brakes and Body and Soul Seat (BASS) technology for enhanced handling and tactile audio feedback.
  • The SV Carbon is available to order now through Range Rover’s website and authorized dealers starting at £165,045 and will debut globally at Monterey Car Week on August 13, 2025.
