Overview

  • A grass fire broke out Monday evening near Highway 65 northbound at Twelve Bridges Drive in Lincoln and quickly spread to roughly 70 acres.
  • Twelve Bridges High School was closed and students were evacuated to Leatherby's ice cream shop at 610 Twelve Bridges Drive.
  • Lincoln Professional Firefighters are joined by mutual aid from Roseville Fire Department to construct containment lines around the Ranch fire.
  • Smoke has reduced visibility across Lincoln and Roseville and California Highway Patrol warns of stop-and-go traffic along CA-65 stretching to Blue Oaks Boulevard.
