Rams re-sign running back Sony Michel

The Los Angeles Rams have signed veteran running back Sony Michel to add depth to their backfield.
Michel previously played for the Rams in 2021, rushing for 845 yards and four touchdowns.
Michel spent his first three seasons with the Patriots and has rushed for 3,243 yards and 18 touchdowns in his five-year career.
Michel scored the only touchdown in the Patriots' 13-3 win over the Rams in Super Bowl LIII.
Michel joins a running back group including starter Cam Akers, second-year pro Kyren Williams and rookie sixth-round pick Zach Evans.
