• Married about a year and a half ago, the woman has allegedly eloped roughly ten times with a man from the Tanda area of Rampur.
• At a panchayat convened in the Azimnagar area, she proposed living 15 days each month with her husband and her lover, calling it a “Bhutan model.”
• Panchayat elders immediately rejected the proposal and decided to inform local police about the matter.
