Overview
- The sold‑out event takes place Monday, February 2, 2026, at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs, presented by Patina Group in partnership with Good Salt Restaurant Group.
- Seven past champions return to compete: Huy Tin, Kevin Kel, Quan Van, Takeshi Ikeuchi, Michael Cooper, Yoko Takagi, and Eliot Hillis.
- Attendees choose one of two sessions, either 5:30–7:30 p.m. or 8:00–10:00 p.m., to sample all entries and cast votes.
- General admission was priced at $100++ and VIP booths for up to four at $600++, with both tiers selling out.
- The winner receives the Broth Belt, bragging rights, and a charitable donation made in their name, with event proceeds benefiting Give Kids the World.
