Ram Revives ‘The Dude’ With Lowered 1500 Concept Ahead of SEMA

Ram presents a heritage callback to probe demand for a factory street truck without announcing any production plan.

Overview

  • Ram and Mopar revealed a one-off street-focused show truck in the lead-up to the SEMA Show as a styling and accessories showcase.
  • Built from a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn with a 5.7-liter HEMI V8, it wears Sublime Green paint, rides lower, and adds 22×10-inch satin black wheels, a front splitter, and custom side skirts.
  • Mopar fitted a cold-air intake and side-exit exhausts, with the V8 still rated at 395 horsepower.
  • Interior details include black leather with bright green stitching, a dashboard “The Dude” badge, an in-console safe, and an instrument-panel rail designed to hold items such as a cowboy hat.
  • Ram has made no commitment to production for the truck or its parts as interest grows in lowered street pickups, highlighted recently by Fox Factory’s lowered Ram and Ford’s F-150 Lobo.
