Overview

• Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma inaugurated the district-wide campaign under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan on June 23.
• The initiative aims for 100% saturation of central and state welfare schemes by educating tribal residents about their entitlements and gathering real-time input.
• Thirty senior officials—including Additional Deputy Commissioners, ACR and SDMs—have been deployed to monitor camp operations and conduct gap analyses in service delivery.
• Assistant Commissioner Development Auqil Naveed has been assigned to coordinate overall execution and ensure smooth interdepartmental collaboration.
• Special camps were also held in Larkuti, Soker, Gundha, Khawas, Panjah and Thatpali Ponthal, drawing strong participation from local tribal communities.
