Rajnath Singh Announces Policy Push to Expand Women’s Roles in UN Peacekeeping

The pledge came at UNWMOC-2025 in New Delhi with officers from 15 countries in training for future missions.

  • Speakers from the Indian Army, the UN and the Ministry of External Affairs are addressing the course, and an infantry battalion nominated for a UN mission will stage a field demonstration; Singh also unveiled the UN Journal 2025 ‘Blue Helmet Odyssey’.
