Rajinikanth’s Team Warns Fans Against Fake ‘Meet And Greet Thalaivar’ Contest In Malaysia, Calls It 'Unauthorised'

  • Publicist Riaz Ahmed said on Saturday that the Malik Streams-promoted 'Meet & Greet Thalaivar' contest is completely unauthorised and fake.
  • The disputed promotion appeared as a Malik Streams Instagram poster titled 'COOLIE WATCH & WIN CONTEST' promising a chance to meet the actor.
  • Entry rules reported from the poster required buying Coolie tickets and posting them on a public Instagram feed with the hashtag #COOLIEWW2025.
  • The poster said the minimum entry was 50 tickets, only the top three highest purchasers would win, and all tickets had to be for the same movie, date, showtime, hall and cinema, dated on or after August 21.
  • Rajinikanth's team said no official fan engagement in Malaysia is planned and asked the public to share the clarification to protect fans from being misled.
