Rajendra Arlekar and Arif Khan Sworn In as Governors of Kerala and Bihar

Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar was sworn in as the 23rd Governor of Kerala in a ceremony at Raj Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram, succeeding Arif Mohammad Khan.
Arif Mohammad Khan, a former Union minister, was sworn in as the 42nd Governor of Bihar at Raj Bhavan in Patna, succeeding Arlekar.
The oath ceremonies in both states were administered by the respective Chief Justices of their High Courts and attended by key political leaders and dignitaries.
Arif Khan's tenure in Bihar comes at a critical time as the state prepares for upcoming assembly elections later this year, with significant political and administrative responsibilities ahead.
Both governors have extensive political experience, with Khan previously serving in various Union ministries and Arlekar having served as Governor of Bihar.
