Rajasthan CM Seeks Central Backing for Green Energy, Metro and Urban Projects as Khattar Assures Support

Formal approvals and fund releases remain pending after the Delhi meeting.

  • He requested proactive coordination on the Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project Phase‑V, proposed with Asian Development Bank and World Bank funding for water, waste, transport, flood control and heritage works.
  • Khattar promised full help from the Centre, while inclusion decisions, DPR clearance and Finance Commission grant releases for non‑million‑plus urban bodies await action.
