Overview

  • The Rajasthan Public Service Commission and Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board have unveiled a combined drive to fill more than 25,000 vacancies spanning teaching, policing, veterinary and agricultural engineering roles.
  • Madhya Pradesh opened applications on July 18 for 13,089 primary teacher positions under its School Education and Tribal Affairs departments, with registrations closing on August 1 via the state SSO portal.
  • Rajasthan’s notifications, issued July 18, cover assistant agriculture engineer roles (July 28–August 26), veterinary officers (August 5–September 3), sub-inspectors and platoon commanders (August 10–September 8), school lecturers (August 14–September 12) and senior teachers (August 19–September 17).
  • Applicants must pay a uniform fee of ₹600 for general categories or ₹400 for reserved groups, meet subject-specific educational qualifications and age limits, and complete SSO-based registration on the official portals.
  • Both commissions are finalizing exam schedules and large-scale testing logistics, leveraging digital platforms, anti-corruption measures and standardized evaluation under the 7th Pay Commission framework.
