Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace Beta Launched by Ubisoft

Players Begin Trading In-Game Cosmetics, with Rare Skins Selling for Hundreds of Dollars

Ubisoft has launched the beta version of the Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace, a community market where players can buy and sell in-game cosmetic items.
The marketplace was announced during Operation Deep Freeze's reveal panel in November 2023, and early access is currently available to a select group of people.
Players are already listing and purchasing items, with some rare skins reportedly selling for hundreds of dollars.
The marketplace concept is similar to Steam's Community Market, and is seen as a significant development for Rainbow Six Siege players, many of whom have been invested in the game since its release in 2015.
Ubisoft has measures in place to keep the marketplace internal to the game, and not all items are currently available for sale.
