Light totals are expected, with wintry precipitation unlikely in the city.

Fast-moving low pressure will zip through the Mid-Atlantic with light rain developing in the Baltimore metro late Tuesday afternoon or evening. There might even be a mix with a little sleet near the Pennsylvania line, and even some accumulating snow as close as North-Central Pennsylvania, in the Allegheny and Pocono mountains.
