Overview

  • The Cubs’ 7:05 p.m. Brewers series opener and the White Sox’s 6:40 p.m. Cardinals matchup were postponed Wednesday evening after steady rain at both home parks.
  • The White Sox will stage a doubleheader against St. Louis on Thursday, June 19, with the opener at 1:10 p.m. and a second game starting about 30–45 minutes later.
  • The Cubs will make up their rainout with a day-night doubleheader versus Milwaukee on Monday, August 18, featuring a 1:20 p.m. makeup followed by the originally scheduled 7:05 p.m. game.
  • Fans holding tickets to the rained-out White Sox game can use them for both contests on Thursday, and season ticket, suite, Stadium Club, group and patio pass holders will receive account credits.
  • Secondary-market refunds for the White Sox matchup must be processed through the original point of purchase, and Cubs supporters may redeem Hello Kitty Special Ticket Offer passes at the August 18 doubleheader.
