• MoS for Railways V. Somanna said a meeting with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Karnataka officials will set the project’s execution path within 15–25 days.
• Larsen & Toubro exited contracts for Corridor 2 (Chikkabanavara–Benniganahalli) and Corridor 4 (Heelalige–Rajankunte), citing lack of land infrastructure.
