Overview
- Plot P2, which sold on Friday, fetched ₹1,447.22 crore in total, equal to ₹269 crore per acre and the highest price recorded for Raidurg land.
- A week earlier Plot P1 was sold for ₹1,386 crore, or ₹264 crore per acre, and TGIIC has received the first-stage 25 percent payment for that sale.
- Together the two recent auctions raised ₹2,833.22 crore from 10.63 acres, an average realisation of about ₹266.53 crore per acre and a roughly 52.3 percent premium over reserve prices.
- The sales were run on the MSTC e‑auction platform with JLL as exclusive transaction adviser, and reports identify Vamsiram Builders as the buyer of Plot P2.
- Officials say the rapid rise in Raidurg benchmarks reflects investor demand and will boost state revenue from land monetisation while pushing up the price floor for future commercial development in the corridor.
