Overview

  • Las Vegas officially added free-agent safety Terrell Edmunds on August 10 after his tryout with the team on August 5.
  • The Raiders waived/injured wide receiver Seth Williams to clear a roster spot and he is expected to revert to injured reserve if unclaimed.
  • Edmunds joins the squad to fill the vacancy left by Lonnie Johnson Jr.’s broken fibula sustained in late July.
  • He will use the remainder of training camp and the preseason to compete for a backup role and special-teams duties behind starters Jeremy Chinn and Isaiah Pola-Mao.
  • A 2018 first-round pick by Pittsburgh, Edmunds has started 79 career games and made stops with Philadelphia, Tennessee and Jacksonville since 2022.
