Raiders Sign Cornerback Marcus Peters to One-Year Deal

The Las Vegas Raiders have signed free agent cornerback Marcus Peters to a one-year, $5 million contract.
Peters is a three-time Pro Bowler who has played for multiple teams, including the Chiefs, Rams, and most recently the Ravens.
The 29-year-old missed most of 2021 with a torn ACL but started 13 games for Baltimore last season.
The Raiders defense ranked 29th against the pass in 2022 and Peters provides an upgrade at corner.
Peters had an outstanding rookie year in 2015 with 8 interceptions but has bounced around teams since then.
