Crosby, who is tied for fifth in the NFL with 10 1/2 sacks, has not missed a game due to injury in his five-year career.
Other injury concerns for the Raiders include left tackle Kolton Miller (shoulder), linebacker Robert Spillane (ankle), and safeties Marcus Epps (neck) and Roderic Teamer (hamstring).
The Chiefs will be without wide receiver Mecole Hardman (thumb) and running back Jerick McKinnon (groin).
If Crosby is unable to play, it could provide an opportunity for rookie Tyree Wilson to take on a larger role in the defense.
