The Chiefs have been struggling recently, losing three out of their last four games, with Mahomes on pace for the worst statistical season of his career as a starter.
Kelce has not caught a touchdown since Nov. 20 and hasn't gone over 100 yards receiving since Oct. 22, underperforming for Kansas City during their recent slump.
The Raiders, under interim coach Antonio Pierce, have been performing well, with a 4-3 record since Pierce took over and an 11% chance to make the playoffs with two games remaining on the schedule.
