Raiders Interviewing Candidates for Offensive Coordinator Position

Former OCs Luke Getsy and Alex Van Pelt, and Bengals QB coach Dan Pitcher among those being considered.

The Las Vegas Raiders have scheduled interviews with former offensive coordinators Luke Getsy and Alex Van Pelt, and Cincinnati Bengals quarterbacks coach Dan Pitcher for their OC job.
Luke Getsy, former Chicago Bears’ offensive coordinator, was fired after the team ranked 27th in passing this season and last the year before.
Alex Van Pelt, former Cleveland Browns’ offensive coordinator, left the team after coach Kevin Stefanski decided to overhaul the offensive staff.
The Raiders are also reportedly considering Los Angeles Rams passing game coordinator Zac Robinson for the OC position.
Finding the right offensive coordinator is crucial for head coach Antonio Pierce, whose experience is primarily on the defensive side of the ball.
