Rahwa Ghebre-Ab Named Lionsgate’s EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer

The 11-year company veteran will succeed Ross Pollack, who is retiring after a decade of transformative leadership, effective May 1, 2025.

Rahwa Ghebre-Ab, currently Lionsgate’s Chief Ethics and Legal Compliance Officer, has been promoted to EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer.
She will oversee global HR operations across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and India, reporting directly to CEO Jon Feltheimer.
Ghebre-Ab joined Lionsgate in 2014, contributing to corporate acquisitions and global office launches, and was promoted in 2021 to lead ethics and compliance programs.
Outgoing CHRO Ross Pollack, who played a key role in major acquisitions like Starz and eOne, is retiring after over a decade of service.
Ghebre-Ab’s new responsibilities include shaping HR policies, managing compensation strategies, and fostering workplace culture to align with Lionsgate’s evolving goals.
