• Ajinkya Rahane scored 103 (retired out) off 140 balls with 12 fours and 2 sixes to steer Mumbai to 270/5 and a draw against KSCA Secretary's XI in the K. Thimmappiah Memorial Tournament in Bengaluru.
• Mumbai had conceded a first-innings lead after being bowled out for 182 replying to KSCA's 280, before KSCA posted 429 to set a large fourth-innings target.
• Rahane last played a Test in July 2023 and remains out of favour with India selectors, having also been left out of the West Zone squad for the Duleep Trophy.
