- Racist attacks were reported by 4% of the respondents, and harassment levels were highest in Germany (54%) and Finland (52%). Conversely, Portugal reported the lowest rate (10%) of harassment.
- Discrimination also extends to employment and housing sectors, with about 30% of black people reporting discrimination when trying to rent/buy a home or in their job searching efforts.
- Survey results highlight that many victims of racism rarely report their incidence due to lack of awareness of available resources. Only 9% of respondents who believed they were discriminated against reported the case in the last year.
