Overview
- The combined PowerBall prize for Tuesday is estimated at R75 million, split into a R58 million main jackpot and a R17 million PowerBall XTRA prize.
- Ticket sales close at 20:30 and the draws are scheduled for 21:00, so players must buy tickets before the cut-off to be entered.
- Play involves picking five numbers from 1–50 plus one PowerBall from 1–16; a single board costs R10 and adding PowerBall Plus/XTRA costs an extra R5 per board.
- The jackpot grew because no ticket matched all six numbers in last Friday’s draw, causing the prize to roll over into tonight’s draw.
- Official winning numbers will appear on the National Lottery website at or just after the draw and news sites may update their pages with placeholders until those results are published.
