Overview

  • The leave and license agreement was officially registered in June 2025 with a stamp duty of Rs 47,000 and registration charge of Rs 1,000.
  • The co-owned unit spans 388.55 sq m within Signia Pearl, which Madhavan and his wife acquired for Rs 17.50 crore in July 2024.
  • Tenants provided a Rs 39 lakh security deposit under the 24-month lease that began in early June, yielding about 4.5% in the first year.
  • Monthly rent is fixed at Rs 6.50 lakh for the first 12 months before escalating by 5% to approximately Rs 6.83 lakh in the second year.
  • Now based in Dubai, Madhavan is set to collect roughly Rs 1.60 crore in gross rent over the full term of the agreement.
