Queensland Man Charged with Murder in Coffs Harbour Domestic Violence Case

A 30-year-old man has been extradited to New South Wales after a woman died from injuries sustained in an alleged domestic violence incident.

The 58-year-old woman was found with severe facial injuries at her home in Coffs Harbour and died in hospital five days later.
Zachary Mills, the accused, was arrested in Park Ridge, Queensland, and extradited to New South Wales to face charges.
Mills has been charged with murder, contravening an apprehended violence order, and causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
He appeared in Tweed Heads Local Court where he did not apply for bail, which was formally refused.
The next court appearance for Mills is scheduled for December 10, where he will continue to face the charges.
