Queens of the Stone Age Cancel More Tour Dates Due to Josh Homme's Health

The band's frontman remains under medical care in the US, leading to the cancellation of additional European festival appearances.

Josh Homme's health issues have led to the cancellation of seven more European festival dates.
The affected festivals include Way Out West, Øya, and Pukkelpop, among others.
Jack White will replace Queens of the Stone Age at several of these festivals.
The band had previously canceled eight European dates in June for Homme's emergency surgery.
Queens of the Stone Age plan to resume their tour in the US in September.
