• The non-verbal 5-year-old was found barefoot outside a Far Rockaway laundromat early Tuesday, evaluated at a hospital, and placed in ACS care.

• Police identified the mother as 30-year-old Leshea Harris, who prosecutors say took part in a Brooklyn push-in robbery involving pepper spray, an attempted stun gun use, and an assault.
