- Camilla traveled on the 09:28 Great Western Railway service from Chippenham, stopping at Swindon, on a train named Odette Hallowes GC MBE.
- At Platform 1, the Act of Remembrance featured the Call to Remembrance, the Last Post, a two‑minute silence at 11:00, the Reveille, and a Military Wives Choir performance before she laid a wreath.
- The event formed part of GWR’s Poppies to Paddington initiative, which gathers wreaths from more than 60 stations for a central service.
