• For the second year running, Qatar Airways was named World’s Best Airline at the 2025 Skytrax Awards held during the Paris Air Show in Le Bourget’s Art Deco Hall.
• It marks a record ninth time the airline has led the 26-year rankings based on global passenger satisfaction and reviews.
• Qatar Airways also earned titles for Best Airline in the Middle East, Best Business Class worldwide and Best Business Class Airline Lounge.
• Singapore Airlines placed second after winning Asia’s Best Airline, World’s Best Cabin Crew and World’s Best First Class, while Cathay Pacific ranked third and Emirates came fourth.
• In May the airline announced an order with Boeing for up to 210 widebody jets, including 130 Dreamliners and 30 777-9s, to expand its long-haul network.
