- Federal Court ordered Qantas to pay A$90 million for illegally outsourcing and dismissing about 1,820 ground handlers in 2020.
- A$50 million of the penalty will be paid to the Transport Workers’ Union and a separate hearing will allocate the remaining A$40 million.
