PWHL's Second Season Expands with 30-Game Schedule

The Professional Women's Hockey League kicks off its expanded second season on November 30, featuring new venues and international breaks.

The 2024-25 season will open with a double-header on November 30, with Boston Fleet facing Toronto Sceptres and Ottawa Charge playing Montreal Victoire.
The league has increased its schedule from 24 to 30 games per team, with a total of 14 games scheduled at neutral sites or larger venues.
Training camps for all teams will begin on November 12, with rosters to be finalized by November 27, allowing up to 23 players and three reserves per team.
The New York Sirens, now based at the Prudential Center, aim to improve after missing the playoffs last season, with a new head coach and venue.
The PWHL season includes three international breaks to accommodate national team commitments, with the Women's World Championships scheduled for April 2025.
