Putin Says Sber’s GigaChat Will Handle ‘Direct Line’ Appeals

• ONF executive Mikhail Kuznetsov said Sber created the country’s first multi-agent setup based on GigaChat to speed distribution of citizen requests to responsible bodies.
• Kuznetsov cited identification accuracy above 90% and roughly 10-second routing to the appropriate agency.
• The system is intended to reduce routine workload for more than 3,000 officials and shorten the wait for assistance.
• Priority handling will target cases of alleged social injustice involving large families, orphans, and families of participants in the special military operation, with repeat appeals also flagged and future response monitoring planned.
