Egorov, 46, was a member of Putin's ruling United Russia party and was one of the wealthiest local deputies of Tobolsk, with his income amounting to 9.1 million rubles (about $100,500).
Police are investigating the cause of his death, with some reports suggesting heart problems as a possible reason for the fall.
Egorov's death is the latest in a series of mysterious deaths involving notable figures in Russia since the start of the war with Ukraine.
