Preseason No. 1 Kansas falls to No. 5 after losing to Marquette in the Maui semifinals and then rebounding to beat Tennessee in the third-place game.
Arizona moves up to No. 2, Marquette to No. 3, and UConn to No. 4 in the poll.
Villanova, BYU, and Colorado State enter the poll and jump right into the top 20.
The Big 12 leads all conferences with six teams in the Top 25, followed by the SEC with five and the Big East with four.
