Overview
- The provincial cabinet approved a compensation package covering deaths, disabilities, housing damage, livestock losses and crop impacts, with payments scheduled from October 17.
- PDMA reports the survey has logged data for over 127,000 victims, crop losses from 88,865 farmers across more than 342,000 affected acres, damage to 37,044 homes, and 5,836 livestock deaths.
