- The Punjab Information Technology Board reported that the e-Aabiana irrigation billing system processed Rs1.6 billion in one day on June 15, 2026.
- That single-day total came from about 99,866 individual bills processed through the e-Pay Punjab platform.
- Officials said about 6.7 million e-Aabiana bills have been processed via e-Pay Punjab since the system launched in December 2020, with that cumulative figure current to June 17, 2026.
- PITB developed e-Aabiana for the Punjab Irrigation Department and announced the milestone at a meeting chaired by PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf attended by senior officials including Ali Raza Kheiri and Usman Waheed.
