- On June 21, Punjab Police registered an FIR under Sections 109, 115(2) and 61(2) of the BNS and Arms Act against IAS officer Babita Kaler, her husband Stephen Kaler and gunman Shubh Karan Singh for attempted murder and criminal conspiracy.
