Police have registered an FIR against Pastor Manjit Singh and his associates after a 22-year-old woman escaped months-long captivity and alleged sexual violence and coercion.

As per the complaint of the woman, she was thrashed and forced to convert by the accused. The victim is a resident of the village located on the outskirts of Dera Baba Nanak town.
