- Eligibility requires parental income below ₹8 lakh, at least 60% marks in graduation, age under 35, and a 30% reservation for female applicants.
- Candidates may apply to a curated list of 500 top-ranked foreign universities under the programme.
- A separate two-month civil services crash course at the Ambedkar Institute in Mohali accepts applications from September 17 to 26 with an entrance exam on September 30 for 40 seats.
